He was very informative throughout the entire process and made everything easy to understand. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I have been searching for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop in the Dallas area ever since I moved here. I've was referred to this shop by some other family members that have used Compton Automotive for 15 or so years. Rich, was great at answering my questions and never missed a phone call from me before, during, or after my truck was in the shop. I believe their rates are fair and relative to the auto repair industry nationwide. They didn't do anything to the truck that I didn't ask them to do and called with updates to confirm that I wanted certain maintenance intervals/repairs completed before proceeding further.

Every time I brought my car to Compton Automotive, it's been a positive experience whether dor regular maintenance or a mechanical issue, Rich and the team has always been very open and upfront about everything that needs to be done. They stand behind their work and their work is excellent!

I brought my car to Compton because of all of the great reviews and mentions of their trustworthiness. That’s hard to find in a mechanic! Richard and his team got me all set up with my car and were very communicative, and made sure I got my car back the same day. Richard was awesome and so helpful and I feel so much better driving my car now! I’ll definitely be back.
